The turnaround time for orders, submitted by 2pm, is 48 business hours, weather permitting. Regular hours of operation are M-F. Business phone hours are 8-4pm, excluding holidays. Orders for outlying areas may be available, at an additional cost.
We recommended either the property owner or Real Estate Agent contact local utility providers to verify locations of utility lines prior to installation. It’s best if the Agent or property owner place markers to indicate the best location for post installation, including detailed notes with the online order. We recommend using markers such as:
As we know, it may take time to contact the utility companies to mark the utility locations, an agent may
choose to locate the sign position without contacting the local utility providers. Please chose that option
when placing your order, waiving the liability.
If a property owner or tenant refuses access to the property for signpost installation, we will contact the agent to advise of the situation. In lieu of the post installation fee, only a travel fee will be incurred. A new order may be submitted when the issues are resolved.

In the event there is an error, notify us as soon as possible at (will send new number when it’s active). Upon receipt of this notification, we will make every attempt to remedy the situation within 24 hours or less.
Orders are placed online 24 hours a day. Request service as soon as possible, or schedule for a future date. We’ll do the work for you. If you are a “New Customer” that is responsible for the payment of the sign installation, just register for a new account online. After you have registered you can log in and place your order. (Just complete the information and payment). We will automatically receive an e-mail notice to complete your order. (We will not receive your order unless payment is completed at the same time).
If a post needs to be repaired, reset, or relocated, a repair order must be submitted. Return to initial order online, select repair order. The fee for repair orders start at $20.00, plus any travel fee, depending on the location. The initial service agreement will remain in effect.
Should the holes in your sign fail or strip out, we will attempt to repair the sign. If that is not possible, we will gladly replace the sign with another of your stock signs. Our fee for this service is $20.00 plus any travel fee, depending on the location.
In the unlikely event that a post is damaged while installed on the property, we will make every attempt to salvage it. Fees for damage will be charged based on the degree of salvage ability, not to exceed the cost for lost post and/or components.
The property owner and/or agent ensure compliance with all Homeowner Association rules and regulations. Please communicate the necessary information to us in the notes section when submitting the order online. Please provide access information, like gate codes, for Gated Communities in the notes section of the order online.

Your original order includes installation and removal. The term it can stay installed on the original property is 6 months. If you need the sign to remain longer than the 6-month term, you will automatically get an email stating that the sign is expiring in 7 days. If you want it to remain installed, do nothing and it will be automatically renewed for a fee of $10 for an additional term (6 months). If you want it removed, request the removal before it gets renewed. There is no refund after the renewal is charged. The sign must remain on the original property installed by The Agency Sign Krewe. It cannot be moved without our authorization.
Yes, we are licensed and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
We suggest that you wait until we are actually under a “watch” or “warning”. At that time, you should remove “only” the sign panel and any riders. Leave the post in place as it offers very little wind resistance. After the threat has passed, just hang the sign and riders. The Agency Sign Krewe will not be able to remove your sign in the case of any storms. If you or your client decides to remove the entire sign and post, there will be a charge to go out and reinstall the sign. The Agency Sign Krewe will continue to work until we are under a watch or warning. After the storm passes, we will start work as soon as it is safe with repairs and removals only. All new installation orders will be complete as soon as we are able to safely do so, in the order in which they were received.
Refunds will be given within 5-7 business days for work that cannot be completed for unforeseen reasons.
